- Once approved, ship the item to the designated return address (local or international).
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a confirmed supplier or shipping error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items.
- Customized, sourced, or made-to-order products.
- Perishable or fragile items.
- Products purchased from third-party platforms where suppliers do not allow returns.
MGPSBD will assist in negotiating with suppliers or logistics partners to resolve product-related issues, but the final return decision depends on supplier policies and product condition.
